TEHRAN - Tehran's Armenian Orthodox Prelacy has condemned all forms of 'ethnic cleansing' committed by any government and announced its full support for the liberation struggle of the Palestinian nation.

In a statement issued on Monday, the Armenian archdiocese called the massacre of Palestinians by the Zionist occupiers a great tragedy.

The statement also said that Iranian Armenians stand in solidarity with the oppressed people of Palestine and condemn any move by any country in support of the racist Zionist regime.

The prelacy also called on countries to reach an international consensus on a plan to immediately stop the genocide of the innocent and oppressed people of Palestine.
